Recognizing that navigating the transition from life to death to bereavement is often complicated, our Remembrance Room is a space for members of the community who have lost a loved one, to honor and experience the process of grief and bereavement. The Remembrance Room also displays panels listing the names of those cared for by the Hospice since our inception in 1978.
