Although insurance often covers hospice, it does not fully meet the expenses that make Circle of Caring at Hospice of the Good Shepherd’s care so special. To continue to be the caring, comforting presence community members need, the Hospice depends on the support of the community.

Many caring individuals, businesses, and civic groups make a profound difference in people’s lives by sending generous contributions to the Hospice. These gifts are often memorial tributes or given in honor of special occasions such as birthdays or anniversaries.

Some people set up specially designated funds to help further the work of the Hospice. Others designate the Hospice in will bequests, trust funds, life insurance policies, or for corporate matching gifts. Yet others show their support through gifts of stock, bonds, or real estate.

All gifts to the Hospice are tax deductible to the extent of the law. Circle of Caring at Hospice of the Good Shepherd is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization. Please make checks payable to: "Circle of Caring at Hospice of the Good Shepherd.”
