Our RN case managers experience a lower case-load than the national and regional averages, allowing them to focus their attention on patients and families. PER DIEM MUSIC THERAPIST
Community-based, non-profit, hospice seeking a per diem music therapist to join a dynamic and thriving work environment. The music therapist will work individually and as part of an interdisciplinary team. Right person will be able to work flexible hours and is comfortable working with a wide range of ages. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Experience in a hospice or health care setting preferred.

PART TIME/PER DIEM SPANISH SPEAKING SOCIAL WORKER
HGS is seeking a Spanish speaking clinical social worker to join our Hospice Team. Medical or community social work experience is desired. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

SHIFT NURSE
HGS seeks per diem RNs and LPNs to provide care for clients requiring hourly monitoring as well as support for their families. Shifts are typically 8-12 hours, overnight and in clients’ homes. Chance to make a difference. Flexibility and hospice experience preferred and med/surg experience a plus.

PER DIEM ON-CALL NURSE
HGS seeks per diem RN to carry beeper & make visits weekends and/or weeknights. Strong team approach. Chance to make a difference. Flexibility and hospice experience preferred.
