Recognizing that perceptions about hospice and variations in the rituals and traditions associated with end-of-life care differ among cultures, Krug Zaboty, the Russian Program at Circle of Caring at Hospice of the Good Shepherd, provides culturally competent end-of-life care to the Russian-speaking community of the Greater Boston Area.
Staffed with Russian speaking expert personnel including a Nurse Case Manager, Social Worker, Rabbi and Home Health Aides, Krug Zaboty addresses the medical, physical, social, emotional and cultural needs of Russian clients with life-limiting illnesses while providing support to their families and loved ones.
Krug Zaboty is pleased to provide care at Royal Braintree Nursing & Rehabilitation Center with a dedicated unit to the Russian population featuring culturally appropriate activities, entertainment and cuisine.
